    The chicken was done and crispy with just enough spice to make our delicious. The shrimp were fabulous. Not dried up and tough. Tender and sauce was great.

    I recently visited the 3131 N. Rock Rd location and it was amazing. The store was clean, the employees were so friendly. Even the GM, whose name is Lawyer came out a few times to personally make sure our order was correct. I was in and out over my lunch hour with time to spare. The food was amazing.

    I love Popeye's Chicken, but only when I catch them on a good day. This particular day that I went was not so great. The chicken was pretty dry and had obviously been sitting under heat lamps for a while which was strange because I went around 1 pm. The biscuits are always good but for some reason the chicken is not consistent.

    LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!!! And the pieces were not small. BONUS! The manager was stern looking but low-key a sweetie marshmallow. The food was served swiftly. But 1 man came for a call in order that I think they forgot about. He waited quite a while.

    Poor service to start off with. There were 3 or 4 "kids" standing around chit chatting and not really contributing to the service of their customers. We asked for fresh biscuits and grabbed the old ones that had been sitting there. From where we were standing we can see them packing up our food. When we told them we had asked for fresh ones then issues began with a snotty attitude and grudgingly tossing in fresh ones in the box. The food was terrible. Ordered the red beans and rice and it was so dry I couldn't even swallow it. Just a waste of money here.
